Luo Zhao is an assistant professor in the Graduate School of Engineering at Tohoku University, Japan. She received her Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University (China) in 2019. She completed a joint Ph.D. program at the National Institute for Materials Science, Japan (2016–2018).
