Dr. Zhongmin Chen is an experienced Materials Scientist and Metallurgist. He has extensive knowledge and over 30 years of research experience in rare-earth permanent magnetic materials.

Currently, Dr. Chen is the R&D manager at NEO Magnequench (a division of NEO Performance Materials), where he is leading the R&D team for cutting-edge research and advanced product development in rapidly quenched nanostructured rare-earth permanent magnetic materials and their bonded magnets and fully-dense hot-deformed magnets.
