SHORT BIO

Yutika Badhe is a PhD student in Materials Science in Engineering at University of Texas at Dallas. She completed her undergraduate studies in Polymer engineering in Pune, India and her masters in Materials Science and Engineering as well. Her masters thesis was developing high temperature thermal ablative composites. She recently received an ORISE Fellowship for research for 6 months at the US FDA. Her interests are in the area of materials for micro-fabrication of neural interface devices as well as additive manufacturing of biomedical grade polymers and alloys.
