SHORT BIO
Huixin Zhong is a final year Ph.D. student at Center for Doctoral Training in Accountable, Responsible, and Transparent AI at University of Bath. She has an interdisciplinary background that spans artificial intelligence, behavioral economics, psychology, and law. Her doctoral research topic is “Understanding Social Influence on Decision-making in Human-AI Teams.” This study utilizes research paradigms from behavioral economics to explore the classical topic of “social influence” in social psychology within teams composed of humans and AI. The research findings can be widely applied to construct effective human-AI collaboration frameworks. It can also be utilized in legislative and policy-making to address AI manipulation issues.
