SHORT BIO
Dr. Rajkumar Modak is working as a postdoctoral researcher in Spin caloritronics group, Research Center for Magnetic and Spintronic Materials (CMSM), National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan since April 2019. Before joining at NIMS, he received a Ph. D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India in 2019 and a M. Sc. degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India in 2013. His current research interest includes the development and investigate the performance of various materials for application in ultra-low-power electronic & thermoelectric devices, sensors, magnetic cooling, and energy harvesting & storage devices.
