SHORT BIO
I am second year Phd student at the Laboratoire de Physique des Solides (Orsay), supervised by Alexandra Mougin and Joao Sampaio. I am doing my research on the Skyrmions like magnetic textures in ferrimagnetic thin-films that we grow in-situ. My main experimental technics for this research are Magneto-Optical microscopy and Transport measurements. I did several interships along my studies, one in Sherbrooke (Quebec) with Jeffrey Quilliam, on frustrated magnetic compounds studied by ultra-sound acoustic waves in a dilution refrigerator, and an other in Toulouse (France) with Cyril Proust, on High Critical Temperature superconductors also studied by ultra-sound acoustic waves but under high pulsed magnetic fields this time. These interships gave me a general culture on the broad subject of magnetism that pushed me into doing a Phd on magnetism in condensed matter physics.
