SHORT BIO
Felix received his PhD in Physics from the University of Mainz (Germany) in 2013. After a some time in industry, he joined the group of Prof. Geoffrey Beach at MIT in 2015 as a postdoctoral fellow. In 2020 he was awarded with a Helmholtz Young Investigator Grant with which he currently establishes a group at Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin, Germany . His main fields of research are magnetic skyrmions and coherent soft x-ray imaging.
