SHORT BIO
Ken set up his consulting business in 2007 to help make libraries, archives and information services more effective. He has worked with businesses, academic institutions, local authorities, government and sector bodies such as Jisc, SCONUL and HEE/NHS. His consulting activities include work on strategy, innovation, user experience and the review of services and library technology infrastructure. Ken has published and presented widely on the strategic impact of technology-driven change, and library technology. He is a member CILIP, the American Library Association (ALA) and is an Advisory Board member for the open access journal Studies in Arts and Humanities (SAH).
