SHORT BIO
LT Christopher L. Hevey, USN, is an Engineering Duty Officer enrolled in the Joint Diving Officer course at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center with follow-on orders to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. At sea, he has served aboard USS SPRUANCE (DDG-111), conducting a Western Pacific deployment and participating in the Northern Edge and Rim of the Pacific international exercises, and pre-commissioned USS MICHAEL MONSOOR (DDG-1001), sailing her from Bath, Maine to San Diego, California via the Panama Canal. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Norwich University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
