SHORT BIO
Tommaso Zanotti was born in Modena, Italy, in 1992. He received his B.Sc. in electronics engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2014, and his M.Sc. in electronics bioengineering from the University of Bologna in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in information and communication technology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. His research interests include the compact modeling of emerging nonvolatile memory technologies and their exploitation in the design of new energy-efficient non von Neumann computing architectures. He is the recipient of the Best Student Paper Award at IIRW 2020 and the 2021 Travel Award from the MDPI JLPEA.
