Neal Tomblyn has over 40 years of extensive leadership in global aerospace and defense. He is a leader in identifying and implementing digital transformation solutions in the aerospace & defense markets. After retiring from Lockheed Martin in 2019, Mr. Tomblyn formed Ingenius Partners, LLC (Ingenius), where his focus is on creating growth environments and opportunities for early stage disruptive technology and solution companies. At Lockheed Martin, Mr. Tomblyn was most recently Director of Strategy & Business Development for their Rotary and Mission Systems Division, focusing on providing sustainment solutions for the global military aircraft market. Prior to this role, he was Senior VP at the company’s Commercial Flight Training driving strategic direction and growth focused on global commercial aviation’s pilot and flight crew training and more. Mr. Tomblyn has also held strategic, program, operations, and business development leadership positions at Harris Corporation.
