SHORT BIO
Huichen Yang is a postdoctoral research associate of The Laboratory for Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) lab in Computer Science at Kansas State University. He is broadly interested in Machine Learning/Deep Learning. His main interests lie in: 1. Artificial intelligence, particularly machine learning and deep learning with applications to Natural Language Processing (especially information extraction, information retrieval, and text mining) and document analysis with Computer Vision 2. Improving efficiency of scheduling jobs of High-performance Computing systems with Machine Learning methodologies (particularly, predictive modeling, feature engineering, and user modeling for cluster analysis)
