SHORT BIO
Sarah Bechtle is a 3rd-year PhD student in the Autonomous Motion Department at the Max-Planck institute for Intelligent Systems in Tübingen, with a background in computational neuroscience. Her research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning and robotics, specifically how to use intrinsic learning signals and meta learning for model based approaches. During the course of her PhD she has collaborated with researchers from the CLMC and RESL Lab at USC, the Machines in Motion group at NYU and Facebook AI Research.
