SHORT BIO

Kuan-Wen Chen received the B.S. degree in computer and information science from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2004 and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and information engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2011. He is currently an assistant professor with the Department of Computer Science, National Chiao Tung University. From 2012 to 2014, he was a postdoctoral researcher with National Taiwan University, where he was an assistant research fellow in the Intel-NTU Connected Context Computing Center from 2014 to 2015. His research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition and multimedia.
