Niels Ole Salscheider studied Electrical Engineering with focus on Computer Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. Since 2015, he is employed as a researcher at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology. Here, his research focuses on environment perception approaches for self-driving cars using deep learning. At the same time, he is pursuing his PhD at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
