SHORT BIO
Ryan Beal is a second year PhD student in the Agents, Interaction and Complexity group at the University of Southampton. His research is focused on applications of AI and multi-agent techniques in team sports. He has written papers that explore applications in football (soccer) as well as American football and has presented his work to professional sports teams and at leading academic conferences. He is also the co-chair of the AAAI Workshop on AI in Team Sports.
