SHORT BIO
Dr. Yassine Mrabet is a Solution Architect at the National Library of Medicine, working on Question Answering, Summarization, Misinformation Detection, and Image Retrieval in the scope of the CHiQA (https://chiqa.nlm.nih.gov) and OpenI (https://openi.nlm.nih.gov) projects. Before joining the NLM, Dr. Mrabet worked on natural language processing and generation as a Marie-Curie postdoctoral fellow at LIST, Luxembourg and INRIA, Nancy. He defended his PhD in Computer Science at University Paris Saclay in 2012 working on semantic and hybrid information retrieval and expert systems.
