SHORT BIO
Peter Schiffer is the Frederick W. Beinecke Professor of Applied Physics and Professor of Physics at Yale University. He received his B.S. in Physics from Yale and his Ph.D. in Physics from Stanford University, and he performed postdoctoral research at Bell Labs. He has also held faculty appointments at the University of Notre Dame, Pennsylvania State University, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
