PhD in Sciences, by the Postgraduate Program in Health Management and Informatics at the Federal University of São Paulo - Unifesp (2013); Master of Science in Nuclear Power Reactors and Nuclear Fuel Technology (1995). Electronic Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering - FEI (1988). Academic and professional experience, over 20 years, in Information Technology and Communication in Health. Currently, he is a IT Specialist focusing on Health at the National Research and Education Network - RNP. And it works in the coordination and innovation of Health Community Collaboration Networks: Telemedicine University Network - RUTE. Leads the RNP initiative of the Technical Committee for Technological-Scientific “Prospecting” in Digital Health. He also participates in several committees and working groups in Health ICT. He is currently as General Secretary of the Brazilian Association of Telemedicine and Telehealth - ABTms, in the 2020-2021 biennium, and Alternate Adviser to the Scientific and Technological Community of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) 2020-2022.
