Shih-Wei Guo (PhD Candidate) is a PhD student from Taiwan, specializing in the applications of natural language processing (NLP) to a variety of complex challenges in computational linguistics. With an academic background in computer science, Shih-Wei has devoted his research efforts to advancing the understanding and implementation of NLP technologies to improve machine-human interactions. His research interests are in the areas of software engineering, natural language processing, information retrieval, medical informatics, and multimodal learning.
