SHORT BIO

Ying Zhao holds a post-doc position in IMEC and KU Leuven. She received her PhD degree in Microelectronics at Institute of Microelectronics Chinese Academy of Science. Ying Zhao is currently working on device reliability research of IGZO transistor. She also participates in research focused on device physical modeling and carrier transport mechanisms study of IGZO transistor.
