SHORT BIO

I got my Bachelor degree in Physical Engineering and my Master Degree in Nanoelectronics for ICTs from Politechnic of Turin in 2018 and 2020, respectively. I'm currently a PhD student in the Material Science Department at KU Leuven, Belgium. My focus is on the assessment and modelling of reliability of IGZO based transistors, targeting novel DRAM architecture.
