SHORT BIO
"From 2015 to 2018, Daniel has done his PhD at the University of Cambridge under the supervision of Andreas Nunnenkamp. Late 2018, he moved on to a postdoc position at the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics near Munich, working under the supervision of J. Ignacio Cirac. Initially focusing on cavity optomechanics, his research interests have broadened to include waveguide QED, free-space atomic arrays with ultracold atoms, tensor networks, and discrete time crystals.
