SHORT BIO
Born in Paris, France, in 1977, David graduated in Biochemistry at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 1999, and completed his PhD at the University of Salamanca, Spain, in 2004, studying the structural stability of model proteins. After 3 years of postdoctoral experience at the Curie Institute of Paris, France, and the University of Cambridge, UK, he joined the European Commission as a project officer. In 2009, he moved to the Research Executive Agency (REA) and has been since responsible for the management of several programmes from FP7 and Horizon 2020.
