"Purva Tendulkar is a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, San Diego where she is advised by Professor Xiaolong Wang. She earned her Master's degree in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology in August 2020, where she was advised by Professor Devi Parikh. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from College of Engineering Pune (COEP), India in 2018. She has collaborated with researchers from Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence, Facebook AI Research and Microsoft Research.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of Machine Learning, Computer Vision and AI for Creativity. She is interested in developing personable AI that humans can like, trust, teach and learn from.
