SHORT BIO
- Antony Thomas is currently a PhD student at the Department of Informatics, Bioengineering, Robotics, and Systems Engineering (DIBRIS), University of Genoa, Italy. He received his M.Sc. degree in 2017 from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. In 2016, he was awarded the Leonard and Diane Sherman Interdisciplinary Graduate School Fellowship for his M.Sc. research. Antony also holds a dual degree (Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology) in Aerospace Engineering, awarded by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in 2014. His current research interests include integrated task-motion planning (TMP), belief space planning (BSP), collision avoidance and autonomous navigation.
