SHORT BIO
Andrei N. Slavin is Distinguished Professor and Chair of the Physics Department, Oakland University, Michigan, USA. He received his PhD from the St. Petersburg Technical University, Russia. Andrei is Fellow of the American Physical Society and Fellow of the IEEE. He is a specialist in magnetization dynamics and spin waves, and published over 300 research papers in this field.
