SHORT BIO

Assistant Professor of Physics. I teach introductory and advanced undergraduate physics classes. Actively engage in student-faculty research, project-based and active learning in my classes.

Research (Experimental) and Fabrication expertise. 1) Fabrication of InGaN solar cells using RF magnetron and DC sputtering techniques. 2) Thin Film fabrication: Metals and semiconductors. Nitrides and Oxides. 2) Growth and characterization of thin films for electrical, optical and structural properties. UV-Vis spectroscopy, Hall effect, XRD, EDXs, SEM, AFM, and Ellipsometry. 3) Solar cell efficiency, power, IV curves, and Fill Factor.
