SHORT BIO
Malyaban completed his B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University in May 2018, and he was a software engineer at Microsoft R&D for the next three years. Presently, he is a third-year Ph.D. candidate in the Neuromorphic Computing Lab at Penn State. Malyaban’s research interest lies at the intersection of large language models, continual learning and brain-inspired, energy-efficient spiking neural networks (SNNs). He has presented his research at prestigious conferences, including AAAI, IJCAI, ISCAS, ACM ICONS, among others.
