SHORT BIO
Sayeed Shafayet Chowdhury received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2016. He worked at BUET as a lecturer for a while. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD under the guidance of Prof. Kaushik Roy. His current research interests include neuromorphic computing, specifically, developing energy-efficient algorithms for deep learning applications (recognition, inference, analytics), investigating the robustness of various architectures against adversarial examples and delving towards understanding the functional mechanisms of deep learning and spiking networks.
