Hoang is a PhD student at University of Illinois at Chicago, U.S.A. His research interests center on multi-grained Natural Language Understanding tasks under extreme low-resource and open-world settings in terms of both emerging domains and languages via (1) linguistic structural knowledge, (2) statistical distribution adaptation, (3) multi-modality integration.
