Priyashma Joshi is currently a dual accelerated MD/MPH student at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. Her research is centered on the convergence of surgery and public health, with a specific focus on investigating surgical health disparities and promoting diversity within the surgical field.
