SHORT BIO
Martin Pelletier is an MS2 at Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University (RFU) and a student researcher at the Resuscitation Institute under Dr. Raúl Gazmuri. Before coming to Chicago for his medical education, Martin worked as a paramedic for both Brewster Ambulance in the Greater Boston Area and Canton Rescue, Inc. in Northern New York. He earned his BS in biology with a minor in chemistry from St. Lawrence University. Martin is an active member of the National Association of EMS Physicians, the founder the student organization "EMS Advocacy" at RFU, and he continues to work as a per diem paramedic for the Village of Rosemont Public Safety.
