SHORT BIO
Dr. Regina Sievert is an NSF program director serving the multiple programs including the CREST Postdoctoral Research Program, Early CAREER Faculty Program, Innovation in Undergraduate Research Program, EPSCoR, and the Tribal Colleges and University Program. Prior to joining NSF, she spent years conducting research in visual psychophysics then evolved into a STEM education researcher, applying her doctoral training to the study of STEM education and the preparation of Secondary STEM teachers. For over three decades, Dr. Sievert has worked with K-20 researchers, evaluators, and educators, focusing on the strengthening of STEM education and research.
