SHORT BIO
Noah Phillips is a Ph.D. student in Cognitive Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, advised by Dr. Wayne Gray. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for undergraduate education and worked with Dr. C. Shawn Green to examine the cognitive performance characteristics of world-level experts in eSports (competitive video gaming). His current research focuses on identifying and analyzing the factors contributing to expert game play in Super Smash Bros. Melee as a window into skill acquisition and constructing expertise.
