SHORT BIO
Emily Allen is a high school physics teacher at the Governor’s Academy with more than 10 years of teaching experience. She is also a research associate at Boston University, where she has conducted science education research in collaboration with the physics and chemistry departments as well as the school of education. Emily holds her master’s degree from Yale University in applied physics, and her doctoral degree from Boston University in curriculum and instruction.
