SHORT BIO
My name is Constance Doty (she/her) and I am a fourth year soon to be fifth year graduate student at the University of Central Florida. My research focuses on investigating the implementation of practice teaching sessions with a mixed-reality classroom simulator on instructional styles of STEM GTAs who lead student-centered recitations and labs. We also investigate the student perspective of GTAs who implemented target skills into their classrooms and more specifically the impact on their comfortability to share their ideas with their peers.
