SHORT BIO
Iffat Maab is a PhD candidate in Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. Her faculty advisor is Professor Yutaka Matsuo. She is currently working on her dissertation, which addresses misinformation detection in the context of Natural Language Processing (NLP) using deep learning techniques. Her research interests include machine learning, big data analysis, NLP, and deep learning. She has also worked as a lecturer in GIK Institute for Engineering Sciences and Technology, Pakistan.
