SHORT BIO
Dr. Jian Ding is a postdoc researcher at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), working with Prof. Mohamed Elhoseiny. He obtained Ph.D. degree from Wuhan University, supervised by Prof. Gui-Song Xia in CAPTAIN Group. He was a visiting scholar at CVML group of Max Planck Institute for Informatics advised by Dr. Dengxin Dai and Prof. Bernt Schiele . His current research interests includes vision and language models, the generalization of segmentation/detection models to unseen classes and domains, visual representation learning and remote sensing.
