SHORT BIO
I am a third-year Ph.D. student researching Natural Language Processing (NLP) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), advised by Prof. Maggie Wenjie Li. Before that, I received my Bachelor's degree in computer science at Peking University, where I was honored to work with Prof Sujian Li. My research interest broadly lies in the NLP techniques for social good. In recent years, my research has specifically focused on NLP applications for mental healthcare (e.g., emotional support conversation systems and empathetic chatbots) and those in the medical field (especially medical consultation dialogue systems).
