SHORT BIO
Victoria Wong Murray is a second-year medical student at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. After graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Biology, she worked in science education and HIV vaccine development at Institute of Human Virology at UMMC prior to pursuing an MHS at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. After working for the Johns Hopkins CFAR to develop a community education and testing program based on volunteer experience at the Bartlett and Evelyn Jordan clinics, she worked in AI in health tech before returning to UCSF to work on HIV and COVID as part of the EMRLHD, FIND, CHIRP, and LIINC studies. She currently serves on the AAN as part of the Undergraduate Education Subcommittee and as the DEI subcommittee chair for the ACLP Neuropsychiatry SIG. Her research interests include HIV, neuroinfectious disease, neuroimmunology, and barriers to care.
