SHORT BIO
Jessica (Si Jie) Tang is a second year medical student at the University of California Davis School of Medicine. She received her B.S. in Neuroscience with Distinction at Yale University in 2020 and conducted research in Alzheimer's disease for which she has been awarded multiple fellowships for, including the Dean's Fellowship and Science, Technology, and Research Scholars Program (STARS) II Fellowship at Yale. She is interested in treatment for neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders, currently working on numerous projects in Fragile X Syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. At Davis, she is the Co-Director of the Paul Hom Asian Free Clinic and Committee Leader of the Neurology Speciality Clinic.
