SHORT BIO
Josh Tatarian is a medical student at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He is currently completing a sophomore fellowship year specializing in pathology between his second and third years of medical school. This fellowship is comprised of 12 months of rotations through the various pathology subspecialties with similar roles and responsibilities to a first-year resident.
Josh has completed a number of research projects. These projects have focused on acute myeloid leukemia, polycythemia in transmasculine individuals, and bacterial ofloxacin resistance in community streams. He is excited to continue his work with acute myeloid leukemia research during his fellowship year in which he will be investigating patient outcomes with specific molecular alterations.
