Faradia Kernizan is a medical student at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Faradia was born and raised in Queens, New York. Faradia has received her Master’s of Public Health degree at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and her Bachelor’s degree at Johns Hopkins University. Prior to enrolling in medical school, Faradia has worked in the field of public health research at Downstate Health Sciences University. She hopes to use her medical education to provide high quality care to underserved communities.
