SHORT BIO

Joyce is currently a nanotechnology engineering undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo. Throughout various internships, she has shifted her interests towards deep learning and natural language processing. During her internship at Huawei Noah's Ark Lab, she worked on researching dynamic position encoding for Transformers, resulting in her first paper. Since then, she has completed internships at Nvidia and Meta and is planning on graduating in April 2023. In the future, she is interested in continuing her studies and research in the machine learning field.
