I'm Seoyeon Bae, a second-year M.A. student in Cognitive Psychology at Seoul National University. I'm mainly interested in how humans interact with AI or Robots (e.g., chatbots), based on social abilities such as empathy, prosocial behavior, or trust. I have done research on human relationship style and AI appearance, focusing on whether these factors affect trust between humans and AI. I am currently studying how empathy and prosociality could improve by applying mindsets and Virtual Reality technologies. I enjoy listening to music, hiking, and watching movies in my free time :)
