SHORT BIO
Laura Morett is assistant professor of educational psychology and neuroscience at the University of Alabama. Her research uses approaches from cognitive neuroscience, educational psychology, and developmental science to investigate how the neurobiological organization of language develops and how it contributes to learning, with a particular focus on gesture and its relationship to speech.
