SHORT BIO
Zhen Han is a final-year Ph.D. student at the institute of informatics of the University of Munich (LMU Munich). His research interests include machine learning on knowledge graphs, question answering, multi-modal learning, and time-series analysis. He published more than 10 research papers in top conferences and received the AKBC2020 Best Paper Runner Up Award. In 2021, he was been awarded a research grant with a value of 100,000€ from the German Ministry of Education and Research. With this funding, he is leading a research group for learning knowledge-enhanced foundation models. Prior to LMU Munich, he obtained M.Sc. (2019) from the Technical University of Munich and B.Sc. (2016) from Karlsruhe Institut of Technology. In 2013, he was awarded a full scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service, covering all tuition fees and living costs throughout the entire bachelor's and master's study.
