SHORT BIO
Hillary Ngai is a Computer Science master’s student at the University of Toronto and a machine learning researcher at Vector Institute, supervised by Prof. Frank Rudzicz. She graduated from Biomedical Engineering at the University of Waterloo in 2020 and was a research scientist at DeepMind. She will be starting full-time at Google Research starting August 2022. Her research is mainly in natural language processing, speech processing, representation learning, and explainable AI.
