Admiral Rodman has over 30 years of civilian, Reserve and Active Duty experience in the design, development, systems engineering, integration and operations of the nation’s national security space constellation. Prior to his retirement from the Navy in October 2014, he served as the Chief Engineer of Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. Admiral Rodman holds a MS in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and School of Engineering and Applied Science, a JD with a concentration in Intellectual Property from the Villanova University School of Law, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University. Admiral Rodman and his wife, Linnea, reside in Coronado, CA. Retired Rear Admiral James H. Rodman Jr., XSITE's Chairman, served as the company's CEO from inception to April 2022.
